Poodles, we made it to Friday! Let’s close the week out with some good energy and movement. If you missed a day this week, this is your chance to jump back in, no pressure, just progress.


Today’s Move:

Run back that 12 minutes of Xtreme Burn with Phil Weeden or choose any workout that gets your heart rate up. Walk it out, dance it out, or lift something heavy. Just MOVE!!
