To participate in the Walk 22 Initiative, all you have to do is:
1. Commit to walking 22 minutes a day at least 3 days a week
2. Follow us on Facebook and join the Walk 22 Community
3. Share pictures and post about your journey, tag us, and use the hasthtag #SGRhoWalk22
