Today is the last day of the challenge!
Thank you all for showing up, supporting each other, and committing to movement these past weeks. Whether you participated every day or jumped in when you could, every bit of effort counts.
Let’s close it out with some movement today — walk, dance, stretch, or get a quick workout in. Just finish strong and be proud of yourself.

Take a walk.

Dance for a few songs.
Poodles, my bad I forgot to post Friday and Saturday 😅 I’ve been trying to get my life together for Regionals, and I know y’all understand how that goes!
But we’re back, so let’s get a quick cardio workout in today.

• 1 minute jumping jacks (or step jacks)
• 1 minute high knees or march in place
