Tuesday Cardio Check-In 🐾🔥
Poodles, my bad I forgot to post Friday and Saturday 😅 I’ve been trying to get my life together for Regionals, and I know y’all understand how that goes!
But we’re back, so let’s get a quick cardio workout in today.
✨ Quick Cardio (5–8 minutes):
• 1 minute jumping jacks (or step jacks)
• 1 minute high knees or march in place
• 20 squats
• 20 alternating knee lifts
• 30-second plank
👉 Repeat 2 rounds if you can.
Quick, simple, and effective. Let’s get that heart rate up!
Reminder: Thursday is the last day of the challenge, so let’s finish strong these last few days.
