✨ Exercise Format: Yoga Flow (10 minutes)
Move slowly and focus on your breathing:
• 30 seconds deep breathing stretch
• 30 seconds forward fold stretch
• 30 seconds downward dog
• 30 seconds low lunge stretch (each side)
• 30 seconds child’s pose
• Gentle seated or standing stretch to finish
Repeat the flow if time allows.
