✨ Friday Movement Challenge (5–10 min):

• Walk or march in place — 1 minute

• 20 squats

• 20 alternating knee lifts

• 30-second plank

• Light stretching to finish


One round or two—whatever fits your day. The goal is simply to move and feel good.

Close out the week proud of the effort you gave. Every step counts!
