Salmon Dinner

2–3 oz baked salmon


Season with:

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Paprika

Tiny pinch of salt & black pepper


Bake 375°F for 12–15 min until flaky

Finish with 1 tsp butter or olive oil for that cozy, Southern touch


🥦 Side

2–3 tbsp green beans

Steamed or simmered until very tender

Optional: a splash of broth + pinch of onion powder

🍠 Optional second side

2 tbsp mashed sweet potato

(plain or lightly seasoned — no sugar)


If you want, you can:

Make it air-fryer style

Add a lemon-butter glaze


Ingredients (small batch)

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp butter or olive oil

½ tsp honey (optional – skip if avoiding sugar)

Garlic powder (tiny pinch)

Black pepper (pinch)


How to Make

Warm everything in a small pan on low heat (or microwave 15–20 sec).

Stir until smooth—do not boil.

Spoon 1–2 top over your cooked salmon

🌿 Herb Lemon: add dried dill or parsley
