Good morning Sorors! I'm happy to be here to help motivate each other to a healthier lifestyle through physical activity and nutrition. I am currently doing a 30 day exercise challenge through Fitnessblender.com. I completed Day 8 this morning. It was lower body strength and cardio. 38 minutes and I'm still feeling it. Lol. My meal prep this week for lunch is Lighter broccoli and cheese soup. The recipe is from Fit Men Cook on YouTube. He has an app too.
