Sorry I didn’t post yesterday, time definitely got away from me. But we’re here and we’re moving forward!

Today’s Quick Workout (10–15 min):


• 1 minute marching or jogging in place

• 15 squats

• 20 standing knee lifts

• 10 modified or full push-ups

• 30–45 sec plank

👉🏿 Repeat 2–3 rounds at your own pace.
