I am seeking your support for re-election as Southwestern Region Nominations Chair as we continue the work of building informed, prepared, and confident leaders.

During this term, my focus has been education, access, and transparency—through the Step Up to Lead Workshop, the “So You Want to Be…” leadership series at Regional Conference, and a virtual Candidates Forum to ensure our chapters are informed before conference.

Together, we also launched the Undergraduate Internship Cohort to intentionally develop future regional leaders and achieved a full slate of candidates for every elected position—proof that engagement and trust in the process are growing.

I lead with a simple belief: Bylaws are meant to empower, not destroy.
