Soror Ervin is an entrepreneur, educator, and mental health advocate with a deep commitment to service, excellence, and impact. A Dallas, Texas native, she began her professional journey in education, serving for a decade before transitioning into the mental health field. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and is licensed as both a Professional Counselor and Chemical Dependency Counselor. She is also the proud CEO and Founder of Revive Therapy and Consulting Services, PLLC, established in 2024.

Initiated in Spring 2019 through the Alpha Omicron Sigma Alumnae Chapter, Soror Ervin has rendered dedicated service at the local, regional, and international levels. Soror Ekpete is a proud Fall 2021 initiate of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and brings a dynamic blend of leadership, organization, and communication expertise to her candidacy. An educator, entrepreneur, author, podcast host, and doctoral candidate, she is deeply committed to supporting chapters with clarity, consistency, and excellence.

Her vision is centered on The 3 C’s: Clarity, Connection, and Consistency—ensuring clear expectations, transparent processes, strong communication between chapters and the region, and standardized tools that empower officers and protect the region’s legacy
