Sorors, it is my pleasure to present Soror Kathleen Cooper, a dedicated leader and candidate for Southwestern Region Anti-Grammateus of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.. Initiated in Spring 2018, Soror Cooper has rendered exemplary service at the international, regional, and local levels, demonstrating a deep commitment to excellence in governance, documentation, and parliamentary procedure. Her service includes roles as Boule Delegate, Regional Delegate, and member of both International and Regional Minutes Review Committees, where her attention to detail and adherence to protocol have strengthened the integrity of our records and processes.

At the local level, Soror Cooper has served as Anti-Grammateus of the Epsilon Tau Sigma Chapter and currently serves as Parliamentarian, Chair of the chapter’s 501(c)(3) foundation, November’s Promise, and Assistant Philo Advisor. She is a trusted mentor and trainer—coaching Boule and Regional Conference delegates, developing a Social Action Seminar in partnership with a local radio personality, and guiding Sorors interested in parliamentary leadership. Her extensive committee experience—including Bylaws, Budget and Finance, Elections, Social Action, and Recommendations—combined with her membership in the National Association of Parliamentarians and the Barbara Jordan Parliamentary Unit, reflects a leader prepared to serve with precision, accountability, and vision.
