Alicia Hill is honored to be a candidate for Regional Elections Chair. Her journey with Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. been grounded in service, consistency, and a steadfast commitment to strengthening

the organization through purposeful leadership.

Since reactivating her membership in 2020 with the Mu Sigma Sigma Alumnae Chapter of West Memphis, AR, Soror Hill has remained actively engaged in chapter operations, serving on multiple committees, and currently holding the role of Second Anti-Basileus. She was selected for leadership based on her dedication, reliability, and willingness to serve where needed to support the chapter’s mission and vision.

One of the most meaningful experiences of her sorority journey has been serving as Undergraduate Advisor immediately after the reactivation of the Omicron Tau Chapter at Arkansas State University,

which had been inactive for sixteen years. Supporting Mu Sigma Sigma’s undergraduate chapters through advisement, structure-building, and leadership development has been both humbling and

transformative. Through this work, she has fostered sisterhood, accountability, and organizational excellence among undergraduate leadership.

Regionally, Soror Hill currently serves as a member of the Southwestern Region Nominating Committee, where she has gained valuable insight into governance, fairness, and the importance of integrity within the election process. Leadership, to Soror Hill, is not about visibility—it is about responsibility, consistency, and service. She is committed to upholding these values as she seeks to serve the region as Regional Elections Chair.
