Join us for the 2026 Southwestern Region Leadership Retreat and Sigma Family Picnic on Saturday, August 22, 2026.
The Leadership Retreat will bring together members of the Regional Leadership Team and local chapter officers for a day of learning, planning, collaboration, and connection. Attendees will gain insight into the Region’s priorities for the 2026–2028 biennium, strengthen their leadership skills, align on shared goals, and prepare to effectively lead and serve.
Following the retreat, we will gather with members and affiliates from across the Sigma Family for an evening of fellowship, food, fun, and sisterhood.
