Conference Vendor Expo Information
Local businesses and licensed vendors of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. are invited to participate in the Vendor Expo held during the 79th Southwestern Regional Conference in Houston, Texas on March 18-22, 2020 at the luxurious Westin Galleria Houston. To showcase during the Expo businesses must:

Complete and sign the Southwestern Region Vendor Contract

Pay applicable fees no later than February 22, 2020 using the Southwestern Region Credit Card Authorization Form or via money order/cashier's check.
Vendor assignments will be given after the application and funds have been received and processed.
Companies participating in the Vendor Expo may also utilize the Sorority's group rate at the hotel using the information listed below.
