Exhibitor Registration for the 84th Southwestern Regional Conference

We are excited to invite exhibitors to participate in the 84th Southwestern Regional Conference of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., taking place in Little Rock, Arkansas from March 6-9, 2025. This annual event will bring together hundreds of attendees, including sorority members, business professionals, and community leaders, providing an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their products, services, and opportunities.

• Career Fair: Connect with leading employers and explore exciting career opportunities at our Career Fair!
  Our Career Fair exhibitors include top companies looking to connect with talented professionals. If you're an employer seeking new hires or offering career development opportunities, this is the place for you!

• Health Expo: Prioritize your well-being! Visit our Health Expo for valuable resources and health screenings.
  Exhibitors at the Health Expo will provide access to essential health services, wellness programs, and resources aimed at improving the overall well-being of attendees. Health screenings and consultations are encouraged!

• Sorority & Affiliate Gear: Show your pride! Discover exclusive sorority and affiliate merchandise at our gear exhibit.
  Vendors offering official Sigma Gamma Rho and affiliate paraphernalia will have prime opportunities to showcase and sell unique apparel, accessories, and merchandise to our attendees.

• Small & Soror-Owned Businesses: Support entrepreneurship! Explore and shop from local small businesses in addition to our talented soror-owned businesses showcasing their offerings. We are also proud to feature local small businesses and businesses owned by members and affiliates of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority at a special rate. Exhibitor Package Includes:

• Exhibit Space: A 10' x 10' booth space with one 6-foot draped table and two chairs.

• Exhibitor Badges: Two (2) exhibitor badges for booth representatives, granting access to the exhibit area.

• Inclusion in Conference Materials: Your company’s name and booth location will be listed in the official conference program and on the digital conference platform.

• Setup and Breakdown: Dedicated setup and breakdown times to ensure smooth operations.

 

Booth Pricing:

• Standard Booth: $800

• Premium Booth (High-Traffic Areas/Double Size): $1,200

• Additional Exhibitor Badge: $75 per badge (2 included with the booth)

 

Important Dates:

• Registration Deadline: January 11, 2025

• Setup: March 6, 2025, from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Exhibit Hours:

  • March 6: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • March 7: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM; 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

  • March 8: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM; 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

• Breakdown: March 8, 2025, from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

 

Additional Services:

We offer additional services to enhance your booth experience, including:

• Electricity Access: Available upon request at additional costs

• Wi-Fi: Available upon request at additional costs

• AV Equipment Rental: Available upon request at additional costs

 

Terms & Conditions:

• No Refunds: All exhibitor fees are non-refundable.

• Payment: Full payment is required upon registration to reserve your booth.

• Transfers: Booth space is non-transferable without prior written approval.

• Liability: Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

 

How to Register:

To register as an exhibitor, please complete the online registration form and submit payment by January 11, 2025. Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
