Conference Registration Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Event Registration

The virtual regional conference for Sorors will take place Saturday, June 13, 2020. The conference will only include those who are currently registered. Registration will not reopen.  Participant conference gifts will be mailed to the address provided during the original registration period.

Affiliates will not be a part of the virtual conference.

Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Request - Sorors & Affiliates

 

REFUNDS FOR VIRTUAL CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS

Conference participant gifts will be mailed to the address provided during the original registration period. Conference participants will receive a refund less a $75.00 administration fee for conference expenses. These refunds will be processed starting Monday, June 15, 2020 through Friday, June 27, 2020. If your address has changed or want the gift to be shipped to a different location, complete the Conference Gift Address Change Form.

 

CANCELLATIONS FOR SORORS

If you cannot attend the virtual conference and would like to request a refund, you must submit your request via our online cancellation form between Sunday, May 3 and Saturday, May 9, 2020. Your request must be received by 11:59 CT on Saturday, May 9, 2020. A $75.00 administration fee will be applied to all refunds. Request for refunds received by the May 9, 2020 deadline will be processed no later than May 18, 2020. The refund will be provided via the method of payment used during your registration. If you registered using a debit/credit card, the speed in which you will receive your refund will be subject to the rules and regulations of your banking institution. Complete the online cancellation form below.

 

Please note: You will not be able to participate/join in any portion of the virtual meeting including our election of officers or receive the conference gift.

TRANSFERS FOR SORORS

The window to submit transfers will be Sunday, May 3, 2020 through Saturday, May 9, 2020. All transfers must be requested by 11:59 p.m. CT on May 9, 2020.  Complete the online transfer form below.

Please note: The region will only provide the service of changing the name for registrations. Any exchange of fees between members will be the business of the participating members. The region will play no part in such transactions.

REFUNDS FOR AFFILIATES (PHILOS & RHOERS)

A $50.00 administration fee will be applied to all refunds for Philos and Rhoers. The refund will be provided via the method of payment used during your registration. Your conference gift will be mailed to the address provided during the original registration period. If your address has changed or want the gift to be shipped to a different location, complete the Conference Gift Address Change Form.

Refund Policy for Guests, Ticketed Events, Vendors, Candidates & In App Advertising

REFUNDS FOR GENTS/GUESTS

A full refund will be credited back to the credit card used during your registration beginning May 11, 2020. The speed in which you will receive your refund will be subject to the rules and regulations of your banking institution.

 

REFUNDS FOR ADDITIONAL TICKETS (STEP SHOW, ANNIE NEVILLE, BANQUET)

Purchase of individual tickets without a registration package will receive full refunds beginning May 11, 2020. Your refund will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase. The speed in which you will receive your refund will be subject to the rules and regulations of your banking institution. If your address has changed or want the gift to be shipped to a different location, complete the Conference Gift Address Change Form.

 

LIFE MEMBER LUNCHEON TICKET REFUNDS

No refunds of Life Member Luncheon tickets will be provided. Life members who purchased a life member luncheon ticket will receive their life member gifts. Your life member gifts will be mailed to the address provided during the original registration period. 

 

REFUNDS FOR VENDORS

A full refund will be provided by check or credited back to the credit card used during your registration beginning May 11, 2020.

 

REFUNDS FOR CANDIDATE TABLES

A full refund will be credited back to the credit card provided during your registration beginning May 11, 2020.

 

REFUNDS FOR TIERED IN-APP ADVERTISING

A full refund will be credited back to the credit card provided during your registration beginning May 11, 2020.
