I have no problem drinking water just every now and then I would like a soda so I stop drinking cokes and would have a bloom drink to satisfy that craving also I have eased up on bread because I am a bread, rice, and mashed potatoes kind of person and I have not had any mashed potatoes in the last two months and rice only rice only four times which is good for me đ
